Dontilla is 100% heirloom corn from Mexico, made with the traditional “Nixtamal to masa” technique (no corn flour).
We straight mill, bake, and pack our tortillas to achieve that fresh, unique flavor bursting with nutrition.

We cultivate mexican heirloom corn in Japan.
Unlike sweet corn, this variety is most suitable for making tortilla; it can also be eaten as vegetable, used as base for drinks and hundreds of other applications.
Who We Are
We are a mexican & japanese team with especific experience in sourcing from small communities in México, international commerce, corn farming and food production.
Our project was born as part of Regional Revitalization Team of Tamba-Sasayama, Hyogo. Surrounded by nature in a small mountain village, but only one hour away from Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe.
